LICENSE GRANT

On the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Author
grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to
use the Software on a single computer.
You may not remove, disable,
modify, add to or tamper with any program code or data,
copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices and
legends contained within the object (compiled) code
of the Software. You are not allowed to reverse
engineer, decompile, or disassemble the program.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS-IS' AND WITHOUT WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF
USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE
